In March 2021, VinFast VF e34 was first introduced by Vingroup in Vietnam. Currently, what VinFast announced is only in 3D images and specifications of the car.
This model has received a deposit with a preferential price of VND 590 million and is scheduled to be delivered from November 2021. The listed price of VF e34 is VND 690 million.
VinFast VF e34 has a compact size suitable for urban roads. Vehicle length is 4,300 mm and width is 1,793 mm. VinFast ranks VF e34 in the C-class crossover segment.
The car uses an electric motor with a capacity of 110 kW, 242 Nm of torque, combined with front-wheel drive and a continuously variable transmission. The 42 kWh battery pack offers the ability to travel 300 km after a full charge in ideal conditions.
According to VinFast’s estimates, the monthly battery rental cost is equivalent to the cost of buying gasoline. With the current petrol price of 19,000 VND/liter and the average fuel consumption of 7.8 liters per 100km, the fuel cost is estimated at 1,482 VND/km.
The monthly battery subscription fee for VinFast electric cars is nearly VND 1.5 million for a maximum distance of 1400km (minimum average monthly travel of 1 car). If traveling more than 1400km, customers pay an additional 998 VND/km.
