This is one of the new points in the revised Law on Residence, effective from July 1, 2021.
Also according to this Department, from the effective date of the revised Law on Residence, the issued household registration books and temporary residence books will still be used and valid as papers and documents confirming residence until the end of the date. December 31, 2022.

Also according to the leader of the Department of Legal Affairs and Judicial Reform, after revoking the household registration book, people going through administrative procedures will not be affected because all personal information is already on the database. National population and authorities will use the information on this database.
