Pursuant to Decision No. 69/2022/QH15 dated 11/11/2022 of the Nationwide Meeting on the state funds estimate for 2023: Laws from 1/7/2023 will improve the bottom wage for cadres, civil servants and public staff as much as 1,800,000 VND/month.
Accordingly, the bottom wage of cadres, civil servants and public staff will improve by 20.8% in comparison with the present rules (1,490,000 VND).
Particularly: Kindergarten, elementary, center and highschool lecturers can be elevated their base wage from 1,490,000 VND/month to 1,800,000 VND/month, from July 1, 2023.
Presently, the trainer’s wage is calculated in line with the next system:
Wage = Wage coefficient x Base wage.
